Ann and Brendan + Salvage One Wedding + February = A C-oldie but a goodie

Written by , Posted in Salvage One, Wedding

The 100 degree weather yesterday made me think of the brisk day of Ann and Brendan’s Salvage One Wedding in February.  Ann really loved the idea of lakefront shots, to get Chicago’s amazing skyline in full effect- which turned out amazing after their ceremony.
Ann and Brendan actually live in Los Angeles, but Chicago was the perfect location centered around all of their travels and places across America where they both lived.   Which! Was the theme of their table settings, along with bullet bourbon framed by pine.  An amazing and fun day filled with detail indeed!

Aaand- that’s the moment the breeze hit her.  And Ann took it all in with a smile. 🙂

Loved the school bus!

Seriously- these two are beautiful troopers, who would have known the chill on the lake front would have been 9 degrees.

The huddle and stay warm pose was quite a popular one that day.

Ann and Brendan, your wedding day was such a blast, I love that Ann had a huge smile on her face just about the whole day.  Best of luck on all of your adventures in California together!

Leanne and Brian’s Musical Salvage One Chicago Wedding

Written by , Posted in Salvage One, Wedding

Leanne and Brian’s winter Chicago Salvage One wedding was filled with fun, dancing and warm spirits. The best way to describe everything that encompasses Leanne and Brian (besides love) is Music. From the guitar boutonnieres, the DIY music sheet wedding bouquet Leanne created herself with buttons and feathers, to Brian’s fantastic band ‘Sugar Mama and the Gold Diggers’. This paired with wine bottle wishing tree centerpieces, raspberry cupcakes, and a ska band that will blow your socks off made the wedding an absolute hit!

Not to mention a few Etsy finds Leanne had for her wedding- her necklace was created with hand stamped coordinates of Salvage One’s location and Brian’s wedding band had the dictionary’s definition of love stamped on it. Not to mention Leanne’s heart shaped “here comes the bride” sign created for the flower girl. Excellent! Now just wait until we scroll down to the dancing.

Amazing ska dancing and kicking indeed!

Stacy and Dominic’s Salvage One Wedding

Written by , Posted in Salvage One, Wedding

The early winter weather for Stacy and Dominic’s Salvage One wedding was amazing- or how I’d like to call it, early-fallish- and filled with glass coke bottles for champagne toasts, caramel apple thank you’s and epic pie selections. One of my favorite parts about Stacy is the fact that she laughs when she gets nervous- which just makes everyone else smile and laugh right along with her.

Her flowers were made of ribbon, which was pretty excellent- all bundled in their bouquets. And the something old was Stacy’s amazing shoes she bought on a trip abroad. Went quite well with the bouquets!

Through all of these amazing details, and Stacy and Dominic’s awesome family and friends, I have to repeat for what I told Dominic- his family takes the cake on the quickest massive family portrait of all time!  Impressive!

Now- on to the day:

Notice that Dominic’s tie matches the TV screen? Indeed it does. 😉

For their toast?  Glass Coke bottles instead of champagne- excellent touch.

Hoosier Mama makes the most amazing pies!

Salvage One Wedding with Dominic and Stacy – A Peek

Written by , Posted in Love, Salvage One, Wedding

Dominic and Stacy got married this week at Salvage One wedding- one of the cutest couples I’ve ever met.

I don’t know what it is about Dominic, but I love shots of him in black and white. Classic classy guy what can I say??  Oh! And you should meet his dad- he’s pretty awesome. More to come on their magically fun family Salvage One wedding soon…
