Do you have experience
shooting in various
lighting situations? We are very comfortable working in all types of lighting conditions.
We can use available light or we have plenty of lighting solutions to create our own light on and off camera.
We use these methods to not only illuminate the two of you, but to also showcase your venue and guests.
Do you work
with a second shooter?Yes and No.
What make us different from a lot of other photographers is that we always work together on your wedding day. Instead of a second shooter, you have two lead photographers covering every aspect of your wedding.
For couples who also want video coverage, Jason is the cinematographer, and Ela + a second shooter cover photo, ensuring that you'll get the best coverage of your wedding memories.
Do you travel?loveHow much extra do you charge? We
to travel! For weddings 1.5-2 hours away,
we require one night of hotel.
For weddings over 2.5 hours away,
we require 2 nights of hotel.
Do you photograph
destination weddings?Yes!
We shoot weddings all over the world,
from NYC & Hawaii to Cancun
& Nicaragua to even Europe & India.
We love love destination weddings,
they are more immersive in coverage
with rehearsal dinners & day-after portrait sessions. We like to get to know your family and cover those moments
on a multi day level.
Are you insured?Oh you betcha!
And we have plenty of it.
Many venues require it. It's no problem sending them our POI info, just have your venue email us
and our insurer will send them
the certificate.
Do you have backup
photographers?Yes, we are grateful to be apart of an extensive network of creatives and peer photographers.
We all cover each other in case of emergency.
Do you shoot film or digital? We shoot both actually.
While 95% of the photos we take are digital, we also shoot a few rolls of 120mm film on your wedding day.
There is something magical
about film and we love the grain
and color nuances it provides.
How do we book you?To book your wedding date, we require a signed contract and a $1,000 retainer.
50% remainder balance is due 6 months before your wedding date. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding.
Can I print the photos myself
or do I print them through you? Both! Your wedding photos come
in high resolution with a print release. You can also print them through us and our lab.
Ability to print yourself makes for a great last minute gift. For important photos, we do recommend going through our lab for the best possible professional print quality.
Do I select the images
that will be used
in my wedding album? For the first draft of your album, we recommend picking your favorite 5-50 images, just to get you started. There will be more images in your album, but this number is just good to get you started.
We custom design and layout
your album drafts to best narrate
your wedding day as it unfolds. When you receive the first draft, you have the opportunity to make revisions & approve changes before it gets sent to production.
How many Images will I receive?Though we take thousands of photos on your wedding day, generally speaking, we provide our couples with approximately a little over
100 - 120 edited images per hour
of photography coverage.
Could we see some of your
full wedding galleries?Yeah! You can see as many of our full wedding galleries as your heart desires.
We like to be very transparent with our work, so you can see example days unfold in their entirety.
If you would like to see more photos, just let us know.
